Objective: With full emphasis on Quality of maids as regards to their skills such as babysitting, care of children, housekeeping, cooling, first aid and care of elderly or disabled. Only those who have fully completed training, passed the needed skill test and qualified are employed and then deployed to work in Singapore.
Mission: Our main mission is in-house training where maids undergo stringent and vigorous suitability training program before sent to Singapore for deployment.
We shall make every endeavor in order to give you the best and most suitable maid to meet your requirements.
Our recruitment criteria are set forth to enable us to provide our clients with good, reliable and capable candidates. We have a large pool of candidates through our network affiliated offices, overseas and all these candidates are short listed by Helian human resources teams for final selection by our clients.
The selection criteria cover academic qualifications, relevant working experiences, communication skills and personal attributes such as age, health attitudes and personality. Where applicable, aptitude and/ or technical tests are conducted to further validate the suitability and skills of the candidates.
